  • Scheduling conflicts or vehicle unavailability
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

3. Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be submitted as early as possible. Specific cancellation terms and any applicable fees will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

  • Schedules may be affected by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
  • We do not guarantee exact arrival or departure times
  • Passengers are expected to follow chauffeur instructions and behave respectfully during the trip
