These Terms & Conditions govern the architecture and design services provided by ArchMasters. By engaging us for a project, you agree to them.

1. Engagements

A project begins once we’ve issued a written scope of work covering deliverables, timeline, and price, and you’ve confirmed it in writing. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information and materials you provide us to complete the work.

2. Fees & Payment

Fees reflect the scope described at the time of quoting. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within 14 days of issue.

3. Cancellations

Projects cancelled before work has begun are refunded in full, less any costs already committed on your behalf (such as surveys or permit filings). Once work is underway, fees for completed milestones are non-refundable.

4. Our Responsibilities

We’ll deliver the agreed work to a professional standard, within the timeline set out in the scope, and keep you informed of progress at agreed intervals.

5. Delays

We’re not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including late feedback or approvals on your end, permitting authorities, contractor availability, or force majeure.

6. Ownership & Files

Once an engagement is paid in full, final deliverables — drawings, plans, and design documents — become your property for the purposes of the agreed project. Work-in-progress files and internal tools used to produce the deliverables remain ours.

7. Confidentiality

Information you share with us about your project is treated as confidential and is not shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the relevant engagement, except where liability cannot be limited by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts.
